While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a spot, especially during peak hours (10AM-3PM). You can book through our website, mobile app, or simply show up and check our live availability display.

As hot desks are shared spaces, you'll need to take your belongings with you at the end of each day. We provide day-use lockers where you can store items during the day. For overnight storage, consider upgrading to a dedicated desk plan.

We have private phone booths available throughout the workspace. These are soundproof, equipped with charging ports, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep phone conversations in these booths to maintain a quiet environment in the open areas.

Absolutely! Many of our members start with hot desks and upgrade when they need more consistency. We make the transition seamless, and any unused days on your hot desk pass will be credited toward your new dedicated desk membership.
